I purchased this for a 3000 mile road trip While I was 31 weeks pregnant. Installed in a Dodge ram 3500 simple installation. This about me the ride infinitely more comfortable there was no pressure on my belly or baby at all. Took a couple times driving around town to get used to the feeling but then it was 2nd nature. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is pregnant and trying to protect their Baby or needs to drive long distance in comfort.

This is exactly what I was looking for to keep my wife comfortable and my baby safe! It’s solid metal and doesn’t come loose. I feel like other ones are just to move the seatbelt off of the belly, but this one will actually function in a car accident.

I'm so happy I bought this. It really should be mandatory for all pregnant women to use a belt adjuster like this! It takes the pressure of the belt off of my belly, and I feel safe knowing that if any accident happens, my baby won't be crushed by the belt. It feels very heavy duty, sturdy and safe. I have one on both the drivers and passenger seat, so I can use either seat.
