Very helpful in the process of shrinking my uterus after delivery, also helped with back support as I recovered. I used it through the night as well and just took it off while nursing. It's not a miracle fat burner and there's no such thing but for support and internal healing after delivery it's awesome. I was very pleased. It helped with the healing of my abdominal muscles as well.

This product is great. The size works great, it is very comfortable and is great support. I have a couple of these already but needed one that was more durable and have a better support, and i found it. The support in this tummy wrap is amazing. It was difficult to put on at first, but I had a feeling this would be the case - you wouldn't be buying it to wear as a t-shirt! You're wearing it to hold you in and give you extra shape! I've worn it every day since receiving it, 15 days ago and it's great so far!At the end of an evening I can see that I am not bloated as I usually am before bed, it helps me to feel less hungry, I feel more confident and womanly as it helps me to slouch less.
